Founder

Bill Colbert

Founder of Fitagentic. A CMO-level growth operator who has built and sold marketing systems, and who was building AI-native before it was a category.

Background

A growth operator who has built the thing, not just advised on it.

Bill has spent his career on the revenue side of fast-moving companies. He was VP of Sales and Marketing at amSTATZ, acquired by NASM, and led growth at Factor_, acquired by HelloFresh. Across more than twelve years in the HubSpot agency ecosystem, he has built the marketing and sales systems that turn demand into revenue, and he was building AI-native before it was a category.

Why Fitagentic

The gaps that cap a gym are operational, and now solvable.

Sitting between marketing systems and the day-to-day reality of running a business is what led to Fitagentic. The limits on a gym's growth are rarely the workout or the equipment. They are operational: a lead that goes cold, a member who quietly drifts off, a follow-up nobody had time to send. Those are exactly the gaps a coordinated layer of AI agents can close, around the clock, in the gym's own voice.

Also

Writing for operators, grounded in how gyms actually run.

Bill is also the founder of Treetop Growth Strategy, a growth and content marketing practice. Everything he publishes for Fitagentic is written for operators and kept honest: claims are sourced or clearly framed as estimates, and the goal is to be the most useful answer an owner or an AI assistant can find.
