What is the 50 percent, exactly?
Fitagentic writes, sells and delivers a coaching membership to your members at $19.99 per month. You keep $10 of it and we keep the other half, for as long as that member stays subscribed. It is revenue you did not have before, on an offer you did not have to build, sold to people who were already yours.
Do you take a cut of my membership dues?
No. Not a cent. The share applies only to the coaching revenue we create for you. Your memberships, your drop ins, your merch, your existing billing: none of it is touched, and none of it runs through us. That is the whole point of the model. We take half of a line you did not have and nothing from the business you already built.
How does $199 a month end up costing me nothing?
You keep $10 a month on every coaching member. At 20 coaching members that is $200 a month of new revenue, which covers the subscription. Past 20, the arrangement pays you. On a 120 member gym, 20 members is a 17 percent take rate on the offer, so this is a few months away, not a few years.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No contract, no setup fee, no per seat charge and no per lead charge. A 14 day free trial, no card. Cancel whenever you want.
What is not included?
Text messaging. SMS carries a real per message carrier cost, so it is a separate add on that starts small and scales with how much you send. Email follow up is included in the base price, and it is the channel that does most of the work.
Does Fitagentic replace my gym software?
No. Fitagentic bolts on to what you already run. Keep Mindbody, Wodify, PushPress, whatever you use for scheduling and billing. We bring the funnel, the campaigns, the follow up and the retention work, and we leave your check in and billing systems exactly where they are.
What if I have more than one location?
Talk to us. Multi location gyms have real differences in how leads route and how staff seats work, and that is worth a conversation rather than a price on a page.
