For Hyrox gyms
Your athletes have a race date. Everything else should run off it.
Fitagentic bolts onto the gym you already run and works every athlete on their own clock: the surge when a race lands in your city, the twelve weeks in, and the Monday after they cross the line.
14 day free trial. No card required. Keep Wodify, PushPress or Mindbody.
The shape of the year
A Hyrox gym does not have a churn problem. It has a calendar problem.
Every other gym loses people slowly and for no stated reason. Yours lose them on a schedule you could circle in advance, which is bad news and also the opening: a problem with a date on it is a problem you can staff.
One roster, four clocks
Nobody in this building is training for the same day.
- The Roxzone raced 11 days ago, between blocks
- Denver Race Block 9 days out, taper week
- Doubles Squad 5 weeks out, pairs division
- Spring Block 12 weeks out, the build
Four squads, four different race dates, one gym. The athlete nine days out is tapering while the one twelve weeks out is still building, and the group on the left already raced. Fitagentic runs each of them on their own clock, which is the part a single whiteboard has never been able to do.
A race lands in your city
Ten days of inbox, and you are on the floor.
Registration opens and everybody wants to know whether they should do it, whether they are ready, and whether you run a program for it. You are coaching classes through all of it. The ones who do not hear back go and train somewhere that answered.
Every block
They rent the room. They never buy the coaching.
They pay membership, use your sled and your track four times a week, and follow a free twelve week plan they found on Instagram. You are the best coach they will ever have access to and they are not buying that, because nobody ever put it in front of them.
The Monday after
They got the goal. Then they went quiet.
They crossed the line, posted the photo, and the thing they were paying you for is finished. Nobody calls. Six weeks later the membership lapses and it reads like a billing problem instead of what it was.
How a Hyrox gym runs it
One race block, start to finish.
This is not a feature list. It is what happens in your gym between a race being announced and the Monday after it, once Fitagentic is doing the parts that currently depend on somebody remembering.
-
01 / 16 weeks out
Registration opens. Your funnel opens with it.
You clone the funnel from your last block, change the race and the date, and publish. It is live on its own link with a QR code for the front desk. Because funnels are per offer, your race block does not have to share a page with your general membership, and the two stop competing for the same visitor.
- The landing page, the offer and the intake questions are drafted from your own website, in your voice.
- A campaign goes out by email and text to everyone who ever asked about Hyrox and everyone who raced with you last season.
- Past inquiries and lapsed racers are the cheapest athletes you will ever sign.

Live the moment you save it. A link for the campaign, a QR code for the desk. -
02 / 12 weeks out
Intake asks what a Hyrox coach would ask.
Six questions before they pay: which race, what date, Open or Pro, singles or doubles, roughly what their kilometer splits look like, and which station wrecks them. They see week one of a real plan about two minutes later, built from those answers, and the full block lands on their phone the day they join.
- Real programming, not a PDF: loading off percentages, RPE, tempo, rest, and progression that moves.
- Squads form by race date and division, so the athlete eight weeks out is not doing the same session as the one who races on Saturday.
- What they log reshapes the block, and their coach can override any of it.

What they get back before they have paid you anything. -
03 / 8 weeks out
The morning queue is the whole job.
Every morning your coaches get a short list: who has gone quiet for three days, who just put twenty kilos on the sled, who has not logged a run since Tuesday, who is racing in nine days and has gone silent. Each one comes with a message already drafted in that coach’s voice.
- Each coach picks their own rung. Manual drafts nothing, Assisted writes and the coach sends, Agentic sends inside the limits the coach sets.
- Injury, billing, cancellations and real frustration always go to a person. That is not configurable away.
- Every message sent, drafted or skipped is logged, so you can read back exactly what your gym said to somebody.

The moments it watches for, as switches. Three quiet days is the athlete who is about to drift. -
04 / Race week
The details that usually live in a group chat.
Start times, travel, what to eat, how the roxzone will feel, what to do when the sled is heavier than the one in your gym. It goes to the people racing that weekend and to nobody else, because the system knows who is on which start list.
- Cohort messaging by race date, so the athlete racing in March is not reading March instructions in January.
- Their coach signs it, because it is written in their coach’s voice, not in a brand voice.
-
05 / The Monday after
The block nobody runs, and the one that pays.
This is the moment the year is decided. The goal is gone, the group chat goes quiet, and a person who trained five days a week for three months has nothing on the calendar. Fitagentic treats race day as a trigger rather than an ending: the athlete gets a message on the Monday, a recovery week that actually exists, and a route into the next block before the habit breaks.
- The $19.99 per month coaching membership is what carries them between blocks, and it is the reason the off season stops being a hole in your revenue.
- Everybody who raced is already segmented, so next season’s campaign writes itself.
The one that pays
Race day is a trigger, not an ending.
Ask any Hyrox gym where their members go and you will get the same answer: they raced, and then they drifted. It is the most predictable cancellation in fitness and almost nobody has a system pointed at it.
What happens instead
- Monday morning. Their coach writes about the race they just ran, in their own voice, while it still matters to them.
- That week. A real recovery block, not an empty calendar, so the habit has somewhere to go.
- Within the fortnight. The next block, with a date on it, offered to somebody who is still in the mood to say yes.
- In between. The coaching membership keeps a coach on them through the off season, which is exactly when a gym normally goes silent.
The economics
The off season becomes a revenue line.
Fitagentic writes, sells and delivers a $19.99 per month coaching membership to your athletes on your behalf. You keep $10 of every one and we keep the other half, for as long as that member stays subscribed.
At 20 coaching members, the $199 subscription is already covered.
Charged through your own Stripe, under your gym’s name.
Your membership dues carry no share at all.
The full model is on the pricing page.
New members coached through their first weeks: 87 percent still training at six months, against 60 percent for members left alone after a one hour orientation. Dr. Paul Bedford, retention study of about 1,000 new members.
Bolt on, no switching
You are not moving your gym onto a new platform.
Hyrox gyms have usually just finished setting up their stack, and nobody wants to migrate a class schedule in the middle of a season. Fitagentic sits on top of what you run.
Your scheduling and check in
Wodify, PushPress, Mindbody, Zen Planner. Nothing migrates, nothing gets replaced.
Your billing and your dues
Membership money is yours, all of it. Fitagentic takes no share of it and never holds it.
Your coaches and your programming
The AI writes in your coaches’ voices and defers to them. It does not invent a methodology.
Your brand
The funnel, the emails and the texts look and sound like your gym, on your own link.
What it replaces
Price it against the person you were about to hire.
The job here is the one a front desk hire or a virtual assistant does: answer every inquiry the week registration opens, chase the ones who went quiet, and stay on athletes after they race. So that is the honest comparison, and it is a staffing line rather than a software line.
The staffing alternatives run from about $600 a month for a commission only closer to about $2,145 for a part time front desk shift, and every one of them covers only the hours you rostered. None of them answers the athlete who inquires at ten on a Sunday night. Here is what this costs.
Good questions
What Hyrox gym owners ask first.
Does this replace Wodify or PushPress?
No. Fitagentic bolts on. Keep whatever you use for class booking, check in and billing. Fitagentic brings the race funnel, the campaigns to your list, the intake, the plan and the follow up, and it leaves your scheduling and billing exactly where they are.
We already program our own Hyrox block. Does the AI override that?
No. Your coaches own the programming. The plan it builds from intake is a starting point that any coach can rewrite, and every squad is assigned to a named coach who has the final word. What the AI is actually for is the part nobody has time for: noticing who went quiet, and writing to them today rather than next month.
Can we run more than one race block at once?
Yes, and most gyms do. Funnels are per offer, so a spring race and an autumn race can have separate pages, separate campaigns and separate squads, all running at the same time without the athletes seeing each other’s instructions.
What about doubles and relay teams?
Intake captures the division, so doubles athletes are grouped as doubles and their coach can see both halves of a pair when both train with you. If a partner trains elsewhere, the athlete still sits in the right race date squad.
What does it cost?
$199 per month, everything included. No per seat fee, no per lead fee, no setup fee and no contract, with a 14 day free trial and no card. On top of that, Fitagentic builds and sells a $19.99 per month coaching membership to your athletes and keeps half of it. You keep $10 of every one, and your membership dues are never touched.
Is Fitagentic affiliated with HYROX?
No. Fitagentic is independent software for gyms whose members race. HYROX is a trademark of its owner, and nothing here implies a partnership or an endorsement.
HYROX is a trademark of its respective owner. Fitagentic is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX.
The next race is already on the calendar.
Paste your website and see the funnel it builds in about a minute. $199 per month, everything in, and no card to start.
